Support for every stage of solo motherhood by choice

COACHING • COMMUNITY • RETREATS

You may be wondering whether to keep waiting for partnership, already moving through fertility treatment, preparing to welcome a baby, or parenting on your own and realizing the questions did not end when your child arrived.

The Single Greatest Choice offers coaching, community, and honest conversations for the practical decisions and emotional realities of this path.

Because being single shouldn’t mean doing this alone.

Here’s the thing…

You’re used to being capable.

You’ve built a meaningful life, made important decisions, and learned how to figure things out.

But this path has a way of bringing up questions that can’t be resolved with more research or a better spreadsheet.

At first, they may be about timing, fertility, donors, finances, or whether solo motherhood is right for you. Later, they may be about pregnancy, parenting, relationships, identity, support, or the weight of making every decision alone.

The Single Greatest Choice gives you a place to sort through what feels complicated, talk honestly about what’s difficult, and connect with women who understand this path.

You’re one click away from feeling less alone.

kind words

  • The coaching techniques have been so helpful. I even find myself using some of Katie’s coaching techniques in my day-to-day life. It’s given me a different perspective and approach to dealing with problems and the many decisions that I have to make along this solo mom journey. It honestly brings me a sense of calm!

    – Michelle, group coaching participant

  • I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but it was so reassuring to see the other women who showed up for the call, and to hear that we were all essentially worrying about the same things. Katie’s coaching taught me that I can build trust in myself to handle any obstacle rather than trying to control things that cannot be controlled.

    – Ashley, group coaching participant

  • There has been no greater comfort in this journey than connecting with many amazing women through the community groups. I feel the victories, setbacks, hopes, and fears of these women as if they are my sisters. They have all become a part of my village and knowing that we are all on this journey takes the “solo” out of solo mother by choice.

    – Molly, community group member

  • I found Katie's community at just the right time. Being part of her group for the last six weeks has been reassuring, eye-opening, and most of all, has helped me gain confidence in my decisions throughout my IVF process. I'm so grateful to be connected to this larger group of amazing, intelligent, inspiring women.

You never thought you’d be here. I didn’t either.

For a long time, I assumed love, marriage, and motherhood would unfold in the usual order. Instead, fertility pressure forced me to seriously consider a path I never expected.

During a significant pause in my own fertility journey, I started The Single Greatest Choice Podcast. I did not know for certain that I would return to trying on my own, but I knew that if I did, I wanted the experience to feel different from everything that had come before it.

Women began listening, reaching out, and sharing what they needed. Over time, the podcast grew into the coaching, community groups, retreats, family trips, and the membership I offer today.

Now, I support women from the earliest questions through fertility treatment, pregnancy, and parenting. It would be an honor to support you, too.
