We'll be staying in the resort's Family Concierge section, with upgraded accommodations, personalized service, and exclusive amenities for families. And with supervised childcare starting at age one, you'll have opportunities for a little time to yourself, too.

Younger kids will love the pirate-ship pool, while bigger kids can explore the Aquazone waterpark, with larger slides and more action.

Kidsdom is Paradisus Playa del Carmen’s supervised kids program, with separate spaces and activities designed for different age groups.
The Baby Club (ages 1–4) offers an enclosed toddler space with sensory play, arts and crafts, and gentler activities. Older children can enjoy the Kids Club, with games, treasure hunts, sandcastle building, and other supervised adventures around the resort.
For moms traveling with little ones, the biggest perk may be the simplest one: Kidsdom starts at age one. That means even toddler moms have the option of a little kid-free time during the trip.
The best part is the community
There's something special about looking around the pool and seeing other families like yours.
Your child has other SMBC kids to play with, while you have other moms to enjoy a poolside margarita or share a meal with. We'll have organized group activities, with plenty of time to connect naturally throughout the trip.
And the connections start before we arrive in Mexico! Registered families will be invited to a private WhatsApp group and a pre-trip Zoom call, with a family directory to help everyone get acquainted before the trip.

A limited number of rooms are reserved in each category. Additional rooms may be available upon request, subject to resort availability.

Prices are for the four-night all-inclusive hotel stay.

How to Register
Registration is a two-step process. First, you'll register your family for the SGC group experience. Then, you'll reserve your Family Concierge accommodations through Apple Vacations.
1. Enroll Your Family with SGC | $300
Your registration includes the planning and coordination of our group trip, private group activities at the resort, and opportunities to connect with other SMBC families before we travel and throughout our stay.
2. Reserve Your Family Concierge Room
Once you've enrolled, you'll receive instructions and a private booking link to reserve your room through Apple Vacations. A $100 per person deposit is required at booking, with the remaining balance due December 11, 2026.
You'll also have the option to schedule a complimentary 20-minute call with me if you'd like help completing your reservation.
Want to extend your stay? A limited number of rooms in each category have been reserved for arrivals before February 24 and departures after February 28. If those rooms are no longer available, please contact me before booking and I can request additional extended-stay availability through Apple Vacations, subject to hotel availability.
Found a better rate? Our group qualifies for Apple Vacations' Best Price Guarantee. If you find a lower qualifying rate on the hotel's website for the same room type, occupancy, and travel dates, please contact me so I can request a price match.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Your $300 SGC registration fee and $100 per person hotel deposit follow the same refund schedule:
Through October 31, 2026: Fully refundable.
November 1–30, 2026: 50% refundable.
December 1, 2026, onward: Nonrefundable.
Additional hotel cancellation penalties may apply under your Apple Vacations reservation terms.
If a room cannot be secured for your family within our group reservation, your $300 SGC registration fee will be refunded in full.

Yes, you will both need valid passports to travel to Mexico. This can take some time, so I’d recommend working on this ASAP if you don’t already have one for you or your child.
If you are in the U.S., you can find more information about getting a passport for a minor HERE. Outside the U.S., please check your own government’s policies. -
Our family trips usually have babies under age 1 up to kids around age 8, with most children falling between ages 1 and 4.
Is it OK to bring a baby? Yes - if your little one is under a year, they won’t be able to go to the Kidsdom but they are still welcome! -
Yes! Restaurants are equipped with high chairs and all restaurants have kids menus/baby friendly options.
Cribs are available free of charge in any room type. All you have to do is ask! -
Babies (ages 1-4) and Kids (5-12) can participate in drop-off childcare with trained childcare providers. This is not meant to be all day care and they do not provide meals/feedings or diaper changes, but it’s definitely a great option if you want to get a massage, take a nap, or enjoy pool on your own for a bit.

Yes! We’ll have a few optional meetups, which will be announced as soon as details are confirmed. We’ll also have a group WhatsApp chat to help coordinate plans once we’re there. Many families use the WhatsApp chat to set up additional outings, make meal plans, coordinate spa appointments, or just to connect for some pool time.

Yes! SMBC thinkers, tryers, and pregnant women are welcome to join us!

The official deadline is December 11, 2026. Given the limited space at this resort, we expect the trip to be fully booked prior to the deadline.

Yes! If you'd like to arrive early or stay a few extra nights, please contact Katie for help booking your accommodations. I can request an extension of our contracted group rate through Apple Vacations, subject to availability and approval.
