Yes, you will both need valid passports to travel to Mexico. This can take some time, so I’d recommend working on this ASAP if you don’t already have one for you or your child.

Based on the SMBCs who’ve reached out so far, it looks like we may have babies under age 1 up to kids around age 5. Will there be older kids? Not sure yet, but I can keep you posted!

Is it OK to bring a baby? Yes - if your little one is under a year, they won’t be able to go to the Baby Club but they are still welcome!

Yes! Restaurants are equipped with high chairs and all restaurants have kids menus/baby friendly options.

Cribs are available free of charge in any room type. All you have to do is ask!

Babies (ages 1-3) and Kids (4-11) can participate in drop-off childcare with trained childcare providers between 9am and 5pm. This is not meant to be all day care and they do not provide meals/feedings or diaper changes, but it’s definitely a great option if you want to get a massage, take a nap, or enjoy pool on your own for a bit.

Yes! Room service is included in your amenities. It’s available 24 hours a day in the Family Selection and from 11am-11pm in other parts of the resort.

Yes! As long as you book within the Family Selection, we’ll do our best to have our rooms clustered together. Once you’ve made your reservation and shared your details with me, I’ll coordinate with the resort to group us as close as possible. If you’re traveling with a friend, make sure to include this information when you enroll in the SGC Community Connection Package. You can also book both rooms at the same time (by placing them in the same cart) to have a better chance of being side by side.

Yes! We’ll have a few optional meetups, like a family dinner and a mom’s night out (with in-room babysitting available). We’ll also have a group WhatsApp chat to help coordinate plans once we’re there. Many families use it to set up additional outings, make meal plans, coordinate spa appointments, or just to connect for some pool time.

Yes! SMBC thinkers, tryers, and pregnant women are welcome to join us!

Technically, there’s not one. However, the Family Selection books up fast, so it’s suggested that you make a reservation as soon as possible.

Please enroll with SGC at least one month before the travel dates in order to take advantage of the group facilitation and travel coordinating. You may enroll after Jan 25 for an additional $75 fee.
